Waterford

Today we cruised up the Hudson to Albany and then on to Waterford at the entrance to the Erie Canal.  It was the usual rainy cloudy day and I had a conference call for 2 1/2 hours for work.  I finally had to get off when we got to the lock at Troy.  The lock went well and we arrived at Waterford in the sunshine.  That didn't last long but after a hail storm the sun is back out.  Time for cocktails and some Bimini sewing work.  We will probably stay for a few days and try and finish some sewing and do some provisioning.  Abby likes being able to go for a walk twice a day.
Another rainy start to the day.  Abby going for her morning walk at the Hudson Yacht Club  (NY)

Exiting the Troy Lock.  Debbies second lock and she was doing good.
The Federal Lock at Troy NY.  The end of salt water for 6 months

Well we had a storm today including hail.  The weather has been crappy. Come on summer

Decision time.  We are going to Oswego because we might not fit under a bridge on the Champlain canal
