Dry Dock

The boat went to Marine Propulsion on Monday to get the bottom painted. We used this time to travel to Charlotte to see our doctors and get our annual physicals. Debbie had time to see all her old co-workers at Wells Fargo too. The boat was finished on Friday as promised.  Thank you Susan and Josh.
We brought the boat back to St Johns yesterday, and it ran 24.5 MPH.  Nothing like a clean bottom. Mechanicals all seem good.  Tomorrow's project is to install brackets and load the BMW 1200GT on the upper deck for when we need to go shopping on the loop. We will have a very busy weekend trying to complete some unfinished projects so we can depart on Tuesday.

Here is our boat getting hauled out of the water. I thought the boat was loaded awfully far forward but it worked out. Thank goodness!
