Trent Port 7/25/17

We had a very nice stay at the new Trent Port marina. Early Saturday morning Debbie, Abby and I headed off to the farmers market and were very successful at bringing home goodies. They had fresh butter tarts, scones, chocolate croissants, baby carrots, beans, new potatoes, and more.
Jacynthe and Yanick came on Saturday for two nights.  They were on their way to Toronto to catch a flight to Mexico for a week at Puerto Vallarta.  Yanick tuned up our bikes which had a rough trip up the coast in salt water.  They are both working now much better, thanks Yani. Dingy rides were in order on Sunday and some more small boat chores. My sister Angie and her husband Brad joined us on Sunday afternoon and we had cocktails on the aft deck and then a nice dinner with the six of us in the salon.  The next day Yanik and Jacynthe left for the airport and the rest of the crew headed off to visit the Canadian Museum of Flight in Trenton. Interesting exhibit although I will say that it was not really well organized and there was not much of a story, just labels on old artifacts, and a bunch of neglected aircraft, again without any history. Back to the boat and off to the LCBO to stock up on wine for the next few weeks.  Dinner than early to bed for our early departure to see Debbie's Dr. in Kingston.
